I Frances Alchin
of Ticehurst in the county of Sussex hereby revoke all my former wills codicils
and other testamentary dispositions and declare this to be my last will and
testament I bequeath the sum of three hundred pounds sterling to Charles
Newington of Ticehurst aforesaid Gentleman to Eliza Newington the wife of the
said Charles Newington to Mary Newington Frances Newington Elizabeth Newington
and Sarah Newington the four sisters of the said Charles Newington or such of
them as shall survive me equally to be divided between them if more than one
each of them the said Charles newington and Eliza his wife for the purpose of
such division being considered as one person and as to all my real estate and
the residue of my personal estate and effects (except such real and personal
estate and effects as are vested in me as trustee or mortgagee) I give devise
and bequeath the same unto and to the use of Thomas Machin of East Peckham in
the county of Kent Gentleman his heirs executors administrators and assigns for
his and their absolute use and benefit And I devise and bequeath all the
estates vested in me upon any trust or by way of mortgage and which I have
power to dispose of by this my will wioth the appurtenances unto and to the use
of the said Thomas Machin his heirs executors administrators and assigns
subject to the trusts and equities affecting the same respectively And I
appoint the said Thomas Machin sole executor of this my will In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this third day of November one
thousand eight hundred and thirty seven F.Alchin signed sealed published
and declared by the said Frances Alchin the Testator as and for her last will
and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in
the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
