This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Allchin of East Malling
in the County of Kent Gentleman made and published the fifteenth day of
April in the Year of our Lord 1800 Firstly I desire to be decently buried
by and at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named Also I give
and devise all that messuage
.tenement and premises thereunto belonging
with the appurts situate lying and being at West Malling in the said County
of Kent now in the occupation of (blank) Clifford (blank). So also unto
my daughter Margaret Allchin her assigns for and during the term of her
natural life and after her decease I give and devise the same unto the
child or children as well the daughters and the sons of the body of my
said daughter Margaret Allchin lawfully begotten or to be begotten to
be equally to be divided between them
as tenants in common and not
as joint tenants and to their several and respective heirs and assigns
for ever and in case any such children shall to die under the age of twenty
one years without having any issue of their bodies lawfully begotten that
then the part or share of him her or them so dying without issue shall
go unto the survivors or survivor of them and to their respective heirs
or assigns for ever as tenants in common and in default of all such issue
that then I bequeath and devise the said premises unto my son Henry Allchin
his heirs and assigns for ever Also I give and bequeath unto my said daughter
Margaret Allchin the sum of one thousand pounds to be paid unto her within
six months next after my decease Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter
Ann Allchin the sum of one thousand and five hundred pounds to be paid
unto her within six months next after my decease Also I give and bequeath
all that messuage or tenement and the Mill and lands thereunto belonging
with the appurts situate at Meopham in the County of Kent now in the occupation
of Richard Allchin unto the said
. Richard Allchin for the term of his natural life
the paying unto my said son Henry Allchin and his heirs the sum of five
pounds yearly and every year as and for the rent of the same and from
and after the decease of the said Richard Allchin that then I do give
and devise the said premises unto my said son Henry Allchin his heirs
and assigns for ever Also I give and devise all those two messuages or
tenements and the land and premises thereunto belonging with the appurts
situate at Mereworth in the said County of Kent and now or late in the
several occupation of John Large and the widow Large and all those several
pieces or parcels of woodland with the appurts situate at East Malling
aforesaid and now in my own occupation and which I purchased of Philip
. (Isodmer?) unto my said son Henry Allchin his heirs and assigns for
ever Also I give and devise all that messuage or tenement and the lands
and premises thereunto belonging with the appurts situate at East Malling
aforesaid and now in the occupation of William Robertson unto my daughter
Rachael the wife of William Luck of Wrotham in the said County of Kent
Miller and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life and
from and after her decease I give and devise the same unto all and every
the child or children as well daughters as sons of the body of my said
daughter Rachael lawfully begotten or to be begotten equally to be divided
between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint
tenants and to their several and respective heirs and assigns for ever
and in case any of such children shall die under the age of twenty one
years without any issue of their bodies lawfully begotten that then the
parts or share of him her or them so dying shall go unto the survivors
or survivor of them and to their respective heirs and assigns for ever
as tenants in common and in default of all such issue
then I do give
and devise the said last mentioned premises unto my children Henry Allchin
Margaret Allchin Ann Allchin and Susannah Allchin and their heirs and
assigns for ever equally to be divided between them share and share alike
as tenants in common and not as joint tenants Also I give and bequeath
unto my said daughters Margaret Allchin Ann Allchin and Susannah Allchin
the sum of one thousand pounds upon trust and
and to the interest
and principal that they the said Margaret
Allchin Ann Allchin and Susannah Allchin and the survivors or survivor
of them the Executors or Administrators shall continue the same at interest
upon the
.. or like securities and for
.. in default thereof shall
do put and place out the same at interest upon to call in and receive
the same and again to lend place out and invest the same upon other like
securities as often as there shall be
. and they my said Trustees shall
think fit and upon this further trust that they my said Trustees shall
and do pay the dividends interest and products of the said trust money
unto my said daughter Rachael and her assigns and during the term of her
natural life and from and after her decease upon trust to pay the said
sum of one thousand pounds with all dividends interest and proceeds thereof
unto and
.. all and every the child and children of my said daughter
Rachael lawfully begotten and to be begotten equally to be divided between
them share and share alike at their respective age of twenty one years
and if any of such children shall happen to die without issue before their
shares become payable that then the part or share of his her or them so
dying shall go unto the survivors or survivor of them in equal shares
and proportions and to be paid to them at such times as their own original
share or shares shall become payable and in case there shall be no such
child or children of my said daughter Rachael living at the time of her
decease or being such all of them shall die before they attain the age
of twenty one years without issue then upon trust that they my said Trustees
shall and do pay distribute and divide the said trust money unto and amongst
the said Margaret Allchin Ann Allchin and Susannah Allchin and my said
son Henry Allchin their respective Executors and Administrators in equal
shares and proportions Also I give and devise all that messuage or tenement
and the lands and premises thereunto belonging with the appurts situate
lying and being at Upper Malling in the said County of Kent and now in
the occupation of George
..ersham(?) unto my said daughter Susannah Allchin
her heirs and assigns for ever Also I give and bequeath unto my said daughter
Susannah Allchin the sum of one thousand one hundred pounds to be paid
unto her within six months next after my decease Also I give and devise
all that messuage or tenement wherein I now dwell with the garden and
premises thereunto belonging situate at East Malling aforesaid and also
all that piece or parcel of meadowland at East Malling aforesaid in my
own occupation containing by estimation three acres and also all those
four cottages or tenements situate at Mill Street in the parish of East
Malling aforesaid in the occupation of Thomas Gower (?), Thomas Bowram
(?), John Cork and William Dadson Also a piece or parcel of woodland situate
at East Malling aforesaid containing by estimation three acres adjoining
to the lands of Thomas Andrews Esquire unto my said daughters Margaret
Ann and Susannah and their assigns for and during their respective lives
or the life of the longest lived of them if they my said daughters or
the longest lived of them shall so long continue sole and unmarried (they
having the said messuages and buildings in good and sufficient repair)
and at and when any of my said daughters shall die or be married that
then the part or share of her or them so dying or being married shall
go unto the survivors or survivor of them my such daughters and from and
after the decease or marriage of all my said daughters then I do give
and devise the said several messuages or tenements cottages land woodland
and premises unto my said son Henry Allchin his heirs and assigns for
ever but on this express condition that my said son do

bear and pay one fourth part of all such costs damages and expenses as
shall or may be ordered or ordered against me by the Court of Chancery
in a case or defaulting against me as one of the Executors of Nicholas
dell (?) deceased Also I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of
my ready money and securities for money household goods and implements
of household debts goods chattels and personal estate
not hereinbefore disposed of (my debts the said several legacies and funeral
expenses being first paid and satisfied) unto my said daughters Margaret
Ann and Susannah equally to be divided between them share and share alike
I do appoint my said daughters Margaret Ann and Susannah joint Executors
of this my Will and I do revoke all former wills by me any time heretofore
made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament in witness thereof
I the said Henry Allchin the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament
contained in four sheets of paper set my hand and seal to wit my hand
to the three first sheets and my hand and seal to the fourth and last
sheet dated the day and year first above written Henry Allchin
Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Henry Allchin
the Testator as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of
us and in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other
have subscribed our names as witnesses Thos Selby

Margaret Allchin Ann Allchin and Susannah Allchin Spinsters the daughters
and Executors to whom admin was granted having been first sworn to duly
administer
