The last Will and Testament of me Peggy Allchin spinster residing at
Plaxtol in the County of Kent. I give and bequeath an eighth part of all
the money of which I shall die possessed to the following persons One
eighth part to the children of my deceased sister Mrs Mary Tupper one
eighth part to the children of my deceased brother William Allchin one
eighth part to my brother Robert Allchin one eighth part to my brother
Thomas Allchin one eighth part to my brother Richard Allchin one eighth
part to my brother Henry Allchin and two eighth parts to the Reverend
Richard Mays Incumbent of Plaxtol in trust one of which is to be given
to my sister Mrs Elizabeth Bushell for her sole use and the other is to
be given to my niece Mrs Ann Adams after the decease of her present husband
or in case of her decease previous to his then to be equally distributed
among all my brothers and sisters or their representatives Also I bequeath
all my furniture and chattels to the said Reverend Richard Mays in trust
for the said Mrs Elizabeth Bushell accepting my small bed with bolster
two pillows and a blanket which I give to my niece Sarah Allchin And I
hereby appoint my brother Robert Allchin as my sole Executor dated this
thirtieth day of January in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty

In the goods of Peggy Allchin spinster deceased:
Appeared personally Samuel Fulton Buss of Plaxtol near Wrotham in the
County of Kent Grocer and made oath that as none of the subscribed witnesses
to the last Will and Testament of the said Peggy Allchin late of Plaxtol
aforesaid spinster deceased now hereunto annexed bearing date the thirtieth
day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty one and he further
made oath that on the said thirtieth day of January one thousand eight
hundred and fifty one the said Testatrix duly executed her last will by
signing her name at the foot or end thereof in the presence of this deponent
and of John Williams the other subscribed witness thereto both of whom
were present at the same time and this deponent and the said John Williams
thereupon attested and subscribed the said Will in the presence of the
said Testatrix and of each other Samuel Sutton Buss On the 28th
of April 1851 the said Samuel Sutton Buss was duly sworn to the truth
of this affidavit before me J.E.P. Robertson Jas Farquhar
Proved at London the 21st June 1851 before the Worshipful John Elliot
Pasley Robertson Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Robert Allchin
the brother and sole Executor to whom Admin was granted having been first
sworn duly to administer
